At Shapovia, we maintain high standards of hygiene and quality control for our shapewear products.

• Damaged Goods Only: Returns or exchanges are strictly accepted only if the product received is damaged or if the wrong item was delivered.

• Hygiene Standards: Due to the intimate nature of body shapers, we do not accept returns for "change of mind" or after the product has been worn.

• Reporting Window: Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence sent to our WhatsApp or Email.

• Verification: Once the damage is verified, we will initiate an exchange or a refund.
